Insert the cuff hose into the socket on the side of the device. Rest your elbow on a stable surface, with your hand at heart level. Press the I/O button. The device will turn on automatically. During the measurement, a heart symbol will flash on the screen and the values on the display will change. The measured pressure result will be automatically saved in the devices memory. Press the I/O button to turn off the device. If left on, the device will automatically turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity.
