Instructions for use 1. Wash and sterilize the bottle. 2. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40°C. 3. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle. 4. Add the required number of level scoops of formula to the bottle. 5. Close the bottle with the plastic cap and gently shake it between your palms. 6. Shake well until the formula is completely dissolved. Remove the cap and attach a sterilized teat. 7. Check the temperature (37°C) on the inside of your forearm. 8. The bottle should be used within 1 hour of preparation.
