Natural fish oil The Omega-3 capsules consist of natural fish oil – not a concentrate – with a fatty acid complex of over 50 fatty acids. Our fish oil is extracted and purified gently, preserving the natural fatty acid structure of the fish. The difference between natural fish oil and a concentrate lies in the fact that in concentrates, the natural fatty acid structure of the fish oil is altered through various chemical processes to artificially increase the concentration of Omega-3 fatty acids. Currently, little is known about how (processed) concentrated fish oil behaves in the body after consumption. Taking non-concentrated natural fish oil, as contained in these Omega-3 capsules, is similar to the effect of consuming fish and is therefore recommended.
