Our Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Packs provide cold and hot therapy for pain and inflammation relief without medication. Our compresses are suitable for applying heat or cold and are a convenient solution for anyone who prefers easy-to-use, drug-free therapy. The products are suitable for storage in the freezer or refrigerator and can be heated in hot water or in the microwave. Distribute the heat evenly by kneading! Always place the gel pack in the included protective sleeve or wrap it in a clean towel before applying it to the skin. The included protective sleeve allows for easy, comfortable, and safe application. Thanks to the high-performance Thinsulate™ sleeve, the temperature of the compress remains stable for an extended period. The gel pack is divided into three separate chambers for greater flexibility when applying it to different parts of the body, especially when wrapping arms or legs. The adjustable elastic band ensures a stable and secure fit. Instructions for use: For external use only. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin. People who are known or suspected to suffer from nervous or circulatory diseases should only use this product with a doctors prescription. Use in children or people with intellectual disabilities only under supervision. Pregnant women should consult their doctor or midwife before use. Never heat a compress if it is folded, creased, or frozen. This can cause leaks. The gel compress is damaged by overheating. Do not heat in the oven or on the grill. The gel compress is not intended for constant heating. Check for leaks before use. Never use damaged compresses. Discard if leaking. Do not use if there are signs of material damage: - Gel becomes liquid - Crack in the film, causing gel to leak out. If microwave power is unknown, set the lowest power level (defrost setting) and heat the product in 30-second increments. Take care when removing the hot product from the water bath / microwave with bare hands. If the compress is too hot, let it cool down before use. Avoid direct contact of the compress with the skin. Always use the enclosed protective cover or wrap the compress in a cloth. Do not sit on the gel pack, lean against it, or apply excessive pressure, as this may cause damage and/or leaks. Do not use while sleeping. Use caution to avoid frostbite or nerve damage. An overheated gel compress can cause burns. The heat, due to its pain-relieving effect, can lead to local burns. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Consult a doctor if symptoms or discomfort persist. If in doubt, consult a doctor and/or pharmacist. Gel pack – Care instructions: The ColdHot Therapy Pack Flexible can be hand-washed with mild soap. Do not use alcohol or other solvents for cleaning. Store away from light.
