Each hard gelatin capsule provides 250 mg of standardized-quality nettle leaf extract. The stinging nettle is known for its content of vitamins A and C, minerals such as silica, as well as chlorophyll, iron, and plant enzymes. Additionally, the stinging hairs contain amines such as histamine, serotonin, and choline. Application and consumption recommendation For adults, the recommended dosage is 2 x 2 capsules daily. The capsules should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid before meals. Four capsules contain a total of 1000 mg of nettle leaf extract. The capsules are gluten-free, yeast-free, and lactose-free. Nettle leaf extract (nettle leaves, maltodextrin); capsule shell: gelatin; colorant in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess). The nettle leaf extract used has a drug-to-extract ratio of 15:1, and the silica content is over 1.0%. The gelatin used in the hard gelatin capsules is BSE/TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatin.
