Instructions for use Preparing baby food for spoon feeding: 1. Pour 160 ml of warm milk* into a bowl/plate. *Breast milk or the milk your baby usually drinks. 2. Add 17 g (3 or 4 tablespoons) of Gerber baby food. 3. Stir with a fork and the food is ready. No cooking is required. Check the temperature before feeding your baby and use a clean spoon.
