Add one teaspoon of powder to every 30 ml of boiled water to obtain the recommended dilution (14.4% w/v). Use only the teaspoon provided. Please read the preparation and use instructions below carefully. Improper preparation may harm your baby. 1. Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area. Sterilize the bottle and teat. 2. Boil water for 5 minutes, pour the required amount of water into the bottle, cover with the lid and leave to cool for at least 30 minutes. 3. Fill the provided measuring cup with powder and level it with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the measuring cup. 4. Add the indicated number of teaspoons of formula to the water. Replace the bottle cap and shake until the formula dissolves. Before feeding, make sure the formula is at the right temperature by putting a few drops on your wrist. 5. Any product remaining after one hour of reconstitution should be discarded. The product should not be heated during administration. Note: Powdered infant formula is not sterile. The product must be prepared immediately before administration. Do not boil the formula or use a microwave oven to prepare or reheat it. Good oral hygiene is important for infants and children, as prolonged and frequent contact with food or drink increases the risk of tooth decay. Make sure your childs teeth are cleaned after bedtime.
