GOOD Nebial 3% KIT Description Nebial 3% KIT is indicated for daily cleaning of the nasal passages, especially in cases of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis and in all situations of congestion of the nasal mucous membranes. Nebial 3% KIT allows the nebulization of Nebial 3% vials, using the Spray-sol medical device (patent under exclusive license to Buona Spa Società Benefit). The 3% hypertonic saline solution, with added hyaluronic acid, contained in Nebial 3% vials, has a decongestant effect on nasal mucosa and thins mucus. The hyaluronic acid in Nebial 3% vials promotes nasal moistening and makes the saline solution more pleasant. The solution contained in single-dose vials can be administered via a Spray-sol nebulizer or aerosol therapy. Spray-sol is a medical device specifically designed for topical treatments of the upper airways and allows the rapid administration of solutions through nebulization in particles between 10 and 20 microns in size, suitable for the treatment of the upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed shape, it fits ergonomically to the childs nostril, but can also be used by adults. Ingredients Nebial 3% vials : sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, dibasic potassium phosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, water. Contains no preservatives. How to use To use Nebial 3% KIT correctly you need: Detach a single-dose vial and warm it between your hands before administering the solution; open the bottle by twisting the cap, connect it to the syringe included in the package and draw up the solution to be nebulized; screw the syringe, filled with the solution, onto the appropriate nozzle of Spray-sol; In infants and young children (under 3 years old, and depending on their level of cooperation), it is necessary to wash while lying on one side, keeping the head tilted to one side and gently inserting Spray-sol into the upper nostril. It is advisable to respect the following frequency of use: Infants: instill a few drops in each nostril, several times a day, generally before feeding or before going to sleep. Children and adults: 1–3 rinses per nostril, 2–3 times a day. Warnings Nebial 3% solution is not for injection. Use the product only for its intended use. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product. Before each use, check that the syringe, Spray-sol and cannula needle devices are not damaged; if they are damaged, do not use them for nebulization. Use the Spray-sol nebulizer as long as its mechanical integrity and ability to nebulize the solution are maintained. It is recommended not to use the Spray-sol and syringe for more than 6 months after first use.
