PHARMACY FORMULA NATURALPIÙ FORMULA EYE DROPS Description Sterile, moisturizing and lubricating ophthalmic solution with physiological pH, based on sodium hyaluronate, available in single-dose vials. Sodium hyaluronate is used for its moisturizing and lubricating effect, which combats dry eyes and creates a film that protects the corneal epithelium from environmental agents. The formula also contains sodium chloride and a phosphate buffer, consisting of disodium phosphate heptahydrate and monosodium phosphate dihydrate, to provide a physiological solution, and distilled chamomile and cornflower waters to provide a moisturizing effect. How to use - Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use. - Open the protective aluminum bag. - Remove the single-dose container from the foil. - Twist and remove the cap to break the seal. - Place the lid, making sure to rest it on a clean surface. - Instill 2-3 drops into each eye by gently pressing the single-dose container. - After use, close the single-dose container immediately: the contents must be consumed within 12 hours. No interactions with medications or other eye drops have been reported; however, wait 15 minutes before instilling any other eye drops. - Do not use the product after the expiration date written on the packaging. - Dispose of the product in accordance with local waste regulations. - Keep out of reach of children. - If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. - For external use only. Do not swallow. Any serious incident related to the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user is established. Conservation Store at room temperature (15°C-25°C). Unused single-dose tablets should be stored in the protective sachet at room temperature. The contents of the single-dose tablet may be reused within 12 hours of first opening. Format 10 single-dose vials of 0.5 ml each
