Shake the bottle before administration. Open the protective cap and prime the pump by pressing gently a few times. Hold the bottle upright and tilt your head to allow the tip of the spray to enter the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, breathing slowly through the nose. You can wipe your nose after spraying if needed, but dont blow it. Wash sprayers with water after use. If necessary, repeat the spraying up to a maximum of 6 times a day. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, seek medical advice.
