How to use If the water used contains less than 0.3 mg/liter of fluoride (most common mineral waters), the recommended dose is: -from 2 weeks to 2 years: 1 spray (0.5 mg of F- ions) per day; -from 2 to 4 years: 2 sprays (0.50 mg of F- ions) per day; -from 4 years old and during pregnancy: 4 sprays (1 mg of F- ions) per day. warnings Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your pediatrician. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
