Method of preparation: Cooking ideas from 10 months: Standard preparation : Prepare approx. 170ml of milk formula according to the instructions on the package. Pour the warm milk obtained (50º) into a bowl and add 3-4 teaspoons (approx. 18g) of Cereale Holle Bio multigrain muesli with corn flakes. Mix and let the mixture cool down to approx. 37º C. Preparation with fresh milk: Boil 100ml of water together with 100ml of whole milk and let it cool down to about 50 ºC. Pour into a bowl and add 5 teaspoons of Cereale Holle Bio multigrain muesli with corn flakes (approx. 25g). Mix and let cool until approx. 37 º C. – and the cereal puree is ready! Preparation with fruit or vegetables: Mix 4 spoons of Holle Bio Cereal Multigrain Cornflakes (20g) with 100g of Holle fruit puree or fresh fruit puree such as apples, pears, plums, bananas, and 1 teaspoon of Holle oil .
