SOiL oils are concentrated, pure and undiluted. This natural, pure and organic oil is obtained by steam distillation of the flowers and leaves of the Creata Mint. Features : This sweet, refreshing oil is rich in antioxidants and very useful in massage blends or in any blend where you want a more discreet aroma than that emanating from Peppermint essential oil; Peppermint essential oil is used as an adjuvant for several stress-related conditions, such as headaches and exhaustion; It is used for digestive disorders such as nausea, dizziness, and flatulence; Spearmint is also known to help with respiratory problems and relieve symptoms caused by asthma. How to use: Soil essential oils contain the active ingredients of plants in concentrated form. Before use, it is recommended to always dilute them in a base (e.g. water, carrier oils). For a bath, add 5-10 drops of essential oil to a bath of warm water. If you have sensitive skin, mix the essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil first. Close the door so the vapors dont escape. Keep your body in the water for at least 10 minutes and relax by breathing deeply. For extra hydration, dilute the oils in 10 ml of carrier oil before adding the essential oil to the warm bath. For massage, add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of base oil. Mix well and apply liberally to the skin, massaging gently. For inhalations, add 4-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapors for a few minutes. For burners and diffusers, fill the burner/vaporizer bowl with water and then add 3 – 6 drops of essential oil. For burners, light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats. Do not let the dish dry out. Precautions : Do not administer internally. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Use in small quantities during pregnancy.
