Mepitel One supports optimal, undisturbed healing: A highly developed wound dressing that retains its product properties over time, leaves no residue, and does not dry out. Safetac adhesive technology for optimal fixation allows it to remain on the wound for up to 14 days. Mepitel One supports the healing process and the caregiver: The transparent wound contact grid allows for optimal assessment of the wound and avoids unnecessary dressing changes. A pre-printed symbol facilitates safe removal in cases of skin tears with a fully or partially intact skin flap. The perforated structure allows it to be used in combination with gels. Application areas of Mepitel One: Mepitel One is a wound contact layer for a wide range of exuding wounds, such as skin lacerations, abrasions, surgical incisions, second-degree burns, traumatic wounds, blisters, lacerations and cuts, superficial and deep skin graft wounds, irradiated skin, and leg and foot ulcers. It can also be used as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds, blisters, and fragile skin.
