MELATON ULTRA Spray Description Melatonin dietary supplement. Its hydroalcoholic spray formulation ensures rapid absorption. Melatonin helps to: - reduce the time required to fall asleep: 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime (4 sprays); - relieve the effects of jet lag: 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination (2 sprays). It also contains poppy and hawthorn extracts. Hawthorn extract helps achieve a state of relaxation and mental well-being.
