Who is it for? Medilast Class I stockings are recommended for people who spend many hours on their feet, drive for long periods of time or take long trips. They are also recommended for pregnant women, as circulatory problems are common during pregnancy. Instructions for use First, make sure to turn the tights inside out, going past the heel. Then, place your foot in the toe area, making sure the heel is positioned correctly at the bottom. It is important not to roll up Medilast compression stockings like you would regular socks, as this can damage them. Instead, gently pull the stocking up to the foot and push the heel area up towards the ankle. Gently slide the sock up your leg, making sure there are no wrinkles as you pull it up.
