MD-Knee is a medical device based on collagen in the form of an injectable solution, designed to improve the mobility of the knee joint . It helps increase the range of motion of the knee joint, facilitates muscle stretching and relieves pain when moving the legs and knees. The injection of MD-Knee collagen into the knee creates a barrier and improves the lubrication of the knee joint, helping to limit the physiological process of joint and tissue degeneration and to compensate for the damage caused by: aging, postural defects, chronic comorbidities, injuries and polluting factors. MD-Knee injectable solution can also be used as a mechanical support in the treatment of: osteoarthritis of the knee joint (in combination with MD-Poly); femoral patellar arthrosis; rheumatoid arthritis of the knee or other autoimmune diseases in this area (in combination with MD-Poly); acute or chronic inflammation of the synovium of the knee joint resulting from osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint (in combination with MD-Poly); acute or chronic synovitis of the joint, post-traumatic or postoperative; traumatic changes of the cruciate or collateral ligaments of the knee; meniscus changes (in combination with MD-Muscle). MD-Knee injections also help prepare the knee joint for meniscectomy (in combination with MD-Muscle) and after knee surgery can be used as maintenance therapy (in combination with MD-Neutral and MD-Muscle). MD-Knee injections can only be administered by qualified personnel in private and public medical facilities. The package contains 10 individual vials, each containing 2 ml of solution.
