Nourishing Earth Oil: An oil rich in vitamin E, excellent for fighting aging. It is a somewhat thick oil with an aroma reminiscent of bread and cereals. It does not keep well; therefore, it is advisable to use the product quickly once the container is opened. It is very suitable for dry and mature skin in cosmetic preparations. It can be used alone or mixed with another, more penetrating oil, such as jojoba, hazelnut or black cumin oil. It is also ideal in small quantities at breakfast, added to yogurt or fortified cereals. Composition Brief description of the composition: Approximately 16% monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). Two-thirds polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). A small amount of saturated fatty acids. Very rich in antioxidant vitamin E. Contains vitamin K and carotenoids. Instructions for use 11 g (1 tablespoon) per day. Pharmaceutical advice • Keep away from heat and light. • Once opened, use within 3 months. Cosmetic use: • Suitable for dry, rough or dull skin. • Use with a light massage morning and evening. • For prolonged use on stretch marks. Tips and tricks: 3 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil + 3 drops of mugwort essential oil + 3 drops of lemongrass essential oil and 15 ml of wheat germ oil. Take 6 drops of this mixture and add them to your shampoo to nourish fine, fragile and delicate hair.
