MANNOCYST-D Description Mannocist-D sachets, containing D-Mannose, are a medical device that inhibits the adhesion of bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections to the urethral and bladder epithelium, promoting their elimination through the urine, and thus limiting the onset of infections.
