How to use Use the measuring cup provided to add the required amount of thickener. One scoop contains 2.7 g of powder; one jar contains approximately 90 scoops. The amount needed depends on the type of food or drink, its temperature and density. Pour the correct number of teaspoons of Ensure® Multi-thick into a dry container. Add 200 ml of liquid. Mix well for 20 seconds until dissolved. Let it rest before drinking it: 1 minute for water and tea, 3 minutes for orange juice, 10 minutes for milk.
