Product description Makrogol Junior 5g - a medical device for constipation in children Macrogol is a medical device in the form of a powder for oral solution, used in the symptomatic treatment of constipation. Intended use of the product Macrogol is a medical device that supports intestinal peristalsis, helps in proper emptying of the intestines, thus preventing constipation and the formation of fecal stones. For adults and children from 6 months of age. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 to 8 single-dose sachets per day. Children from 6 months to 12 years of age: from 6 to 10 kg: 1 single-dose sachet daily; from 10 to 15 kg: 1-2 single-dose sachets daily; from 16 to 20 kg: 2-3 single-dose sachets daily; from 21 to 43 kg: 3-4 single-dose sachets daily. The dose should be increased or decreased depending on individual response to treatment to achieve regular, soft stools. The maximum dose required usually does not exceed 4 sachets per day. The powder should be dissolved in water or another beverage (60 ml for each single-dose sachet) and drunk immediately. For the minimum dose (1 single-dose sachet per day), it is recommended to take the product in the morning. For higher doses, split the dose into morning and evening. If there is no improvement after 7 days of treatment, consult a doctor.
