For internal use blends, excluding those listed below, we recommend the following dosage to be adapted to the individual patient depending on age, constitution, size and individual sensitivity. The indicated dose must be diluted in a small glass of water (about 30-40 cc). Using warm water makes the administration milder and is recommended for those who suffer from absorption problems or intolerance to the products; in these cases, the preparations should also be taken on an empty stomach. The minimum recommended amount of any product is 20 drops once a day. If possible, hold the last sip of the mixture in your mouth for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. In case of chronic conditions, the mixtures will have to be taken for many months. Warnings Consult your doctor if you are pregnant. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Intoxication crisis: If this occurs, stop taking it for 2-3 days, then resume at a reduced dosage, gradually increasing it. Detoxification crises are extremely rare because the blends are designed to provide gentle drainage and regeneration while respecting the bodys cycles. Combination of blends: - do not take more than four different mixtures per day.
