CE marking Notified Body No: 1936 Class IIb Sterile COMPOSITION Aqueous solution of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer (of which sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer is 0.4%), trometamol, 2N hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride, water for injections. STORAGE AND EXPIRATION Store between 2º and 30º C in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. 30 single doses: The solution should be used within 12 hours after opening the container. 10 ml: Once opened, you can use the container within the next 90 days. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 30-dose container: Separate a single-dose container from the strip and open it by twisting and then lifting the cap. Instill 2 drops in each eye by gently pressing the container. Close the single-dose container immediately after use. 10 ml container: Wash your hands thoroughly. Break the safety seal before first administration. Remove the protective cap and gently squeeze to instill 2 drops in each eye, unless otherwise directed by your doctor. Close the container after use.
