Nick Balian is a Disney Publishing artist and an illustration manager at Pixar Animation Studios, where he helps create childrens books based on Pixars films. Of all the books that Nick has illustrated, his absolute favorites are the Little Golden Books. He had the pleasure of illustrating the Little Golden Book for Pixars Onward and co-illustrating the Little Golden Book for Pixars Soul. Nick has also contributed illustrations to Disney Little Golden Books, including The Jungle Cruise, Mickeys Walt Disney World Adventure, and The Orange Bird. As a beloved Disneyland fan, Nicks dream came true when he wrote and illustrated his very own Little Golden Book, Little Man of Disneyland: A Change of Luck--the much-anticipated sequel to the 1955 classic, Little Man of Disneyland. When hes away from the drawing board, Nick loves to watch and study films, write short stories, speak in puns, and spend time with friends and family, especially his nieces, whom he loves to pieces!
