It is recommended in states of nervousness, insomnia, cold and flu. Composition: Lime flowers (Tiliae flos) Method of preparation: Internal use – 1-2 sachets per 250ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 5-10 minutes. Administration method: Internal use – 2-3 cups a day. For the sedative effect, drink a cup ½ hour before going to bed. Contraindications: The recommended doses are not known.
