For targeted supply of bacterial cultures LGG contains live bacteria that colonize the intestines and promote a balanced gut flora. These bacteria are called probiotics. LGG strengthens the bodys natural defenses by interacting with the gut. In this way, LGG exerts a positive influence on well-being beyond the gut – all the way to the skin. LGG serves to supplement a healthy diet. Application: Regular consumption is recommended, ideally one LGG capsule twice a day, regardless of age and lifestyle. However, in order for the probiotic lactic acid bacteria to remain viable, they must not be stirred into hot food or drinks (not warmer than body temperature, ≈37 °C), fruit juices or tea.
