Lamberts Complete Gainer is a specially designed sports nutrition product that contains a combination of high quality and purity of whey protein (Whey Concentrate) and complex carbohydrates. Every 100 gr of this preparation provides an impressive amount of 34 gr of pure protein, over 7 gr of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S), which are the basic structural component for the formation of 1/3 of the bodys total muscle protein and, in addition to their important structural role, are the main source of covering the energy needs of the muscles, as they are catabolized exclusively in the muscle tissue, and 54 gr of complex carbohydrates, which contribute to the absorption of proteins and the increase in their bioavailability (and therefore contribute to the synthesis of muscle tissue), as well as to the restoration of the bodys glucagon levels.
