How to use One capsule a day upon waking. In acute cases of diarrhea, infections, cystitis, etc.: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day for at least 9 days. As a prophylaxis for travelers diarrhea: 1 capsule per day, from 7 days before travel to 7 days after. As feminine intimate hygiene: 2 capsules opened and dissolved in lukewarm water (100 cc) (no higher than 25-30°C after boiling).
