Tea to stimulate lactation, 200 g, Humana Instant tea that combines a mixture of fruit and quality herbal extracts, carefully selected (for example: fennel, hibiscus, rooibus), which, according to existing clinical data, stimulates lactation* and helps to compensate for the need for fluids during the period of lactation. It is an ideal combination as a drink for pregnant and lactating women, without the addition of dyes, preservatives and flavors. *Stimulates lactation. Ingredients: Sugar, maltodextrin, 3.6% fruit and herbal extract (hibiscus, verbena, fennel, rooibos, fenugreek, fennel), Vitamin C, 0.05% raspberry juice concentrate, fennel oil. Method of preparation: Add 2 heaping teaspoons (9g) of Humana Lactation Stimulating Tea to every 200ml of water. Always brew the tea fresh. Do not add sugar! Pour 200 ml of boiled water into a clean mug. Add 2 teaspoons (with tip) of granules and mix. Allow the tea to cool to a suitable drinking temperature (about 37°C). We recommend daily consumption of 3 cups x 200 ml (3 portions x 2 teaspoons per portion of 200 ml water). Presentation : 200 g
