Instructions for use Wash your hands before applying the gel. Open the package and remove the applicator. Apply a small amount of gel to the applicator. Apply the gel directly to the mouth ulcer, completely covering the affected area. Leave the gel on for a few minutes before swallowing saliva or eating. Repeat this process two or three times a day, after meals and before going to bed, until the canker sore has disappeared.
