Hydroactive ointment L-Mesitran Ointment, 20 g, Theo ManufacturingProperties: - it was designed for patients with chronic (infected) wounds, oncological wounds and/or acute wounds; - for deep or superficial wounds, the ointment will help debride and reduce bacterial colonization; - when the ointment is in contact with the wound, the fluid is absorbed from the surrounding tissues, this creates a favorable environment for wound healing; - stimulates the wound healing process by facilitating autolytic debridement, stimulating the formation of granulation tissue (new cells), as well as stimulating epithelization (closing the wound); - has antibacterial properties; - it is gradually diluted and can be easily removed according to the wound cleaning protocol; - prevents adhesion of the dressing to the wound bed; - a thin layer is enough for an optimal effect; - changing the dressing once a day or once every two days will be enough. Active ingredients: 48% medicinal honey, medicinal hypoallergenic lanolin (Medilan), sunflower oil, cod liver oil, Calendula Oficinalis, Aloe Barbadensis, vitamin C and E, zinc oxide.
