These pheromones, with an action similar to those naturally secreted during canine motherhood, help control inappropriate behaviors in dogs. These behaviors are generally a consequence of stress and anxiety in challenging situations and manifest, for example, as howling, destruction of furniture and objects, and urination and defecation in inappropriate places. Compared to natural pheromones, M2 pheromones have greater stability, diffusion level and residual effect in the environment. SERENEX® works for both puppies and adult dogs. It is a drug-free solution recommended by veterinarians for behavioral problems. It can be used in conjunction with other medications or treatments. Fear of loud noises such as thunder and fireworks. Anxiety during moments of solitude (howling and barking when left alone at home). Moving to a new home. Accommodation in a dog hotel. Changes in the environment, such as new furniture or renovations. New visitors at home (whether people or animals). Socialization with other dogs. Visit to the veterinarian. Mostly travel by car. Hyperexcitation during the walk (excessive pulling on the leash). Application Mode Inside the house: Spray the place that the dog usually frequents (kennel, sleeping area, etc.) or on some item that it is in contact with (collar, stuffed animal, etc.). SERENEX® Canine Spray should be applied at least 15 minutes before exposing the animal to the sprayed area. Between 6 and 8 sprays should be made approximately 10 cm away from the object for one (1) treatment. The effect of SERENEX® Canine Spray lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours. If reapplying, remember to treat the object away from the animal and wait at least 15 minutes before exposing it again. It can be used for as long as you want, without restrictions. For trips, visits to the vet, or walks: The above instructions will be followed, taking into account that the spraying will be done inside the car, on the blanket or stuffed animal that accompanies him during the trip; or on the collar, during the walk.
