Kenay ® Quercetin is a formula suitable for use as a supplement to the daily diet of adults. Each vegetarian capsule of the dietary supplement contains 200 mg of quercetin from Quercefit® with phospholipids. What is quercetin? Quercetin is an organic, polycyclic aromatic compound of plant origin, classified as a flavonol. Quercetin can be found in apples, blueberries, currants and cranberries. Vegetables such as broccoli, kale, spinach and kale can also be a valuable source. Kenay® brand capsules use the patented ingredient Quercefit® , a combination of quercetin from the Japanese pearl beetle (Sophora japonica L. ) with Phytosome® phospholipids. Quercefit ® standardized to quercetin developed using Phytosome ® technology improves the absorption of flavonoids. The study showed that the phytosome extract, compared to the traditional quercetin extract, is up to 20 times more bioavailable and therefore more effective and possible to use in a smaller portion needed to achieve a nutritional effect similar. The recommended daily dose is only 1 capsule, and a 60-pack of the Kenay ® Quercetin with Quercefit ® formula will provide two months of supplementation.
