KAdermin spray powder Description A spray-on powder medical device that creates a protective barrier, adjuvant in the treatment of wounds, ulcers, abrasions, minor burns, exudative skin lesions, diaper rash, sweat maceration, and superficial traumatic injuries. It is also indicated for the treatment of post-surgical wounds and umbilical cord stumps. The device forms a protective film-forming barrier against microbial attack, promoting the restoration of normal physiological conditions for rapid healing. The barrier function is achieved by combining kaolin with hyaluronic acid. Kaolin absorbs excess wound exudate, while hyaluronic acid promotes tissue hydration. Application does not require medical personnel. How to use Before use, clean the skin with saline solution and dry thoroughly. Shake the bottle well before dispensing. Apply a thin layer of powder only to the affected area, spraying from a distance of approximately 10 cm. Do not massage, the powder must form a continuous protective layer. Renew the dressing once or more daily when treating diaper rash, breast rash, burns, and superficial traumatic wounds. Renew the dressing every 48 hours for injuries requiring medical attention. For open wounds, use greasy gauze as a secondary dressing and sterile gauze as a covering. Warnings For external use only, do not ingest. Do not use if package is damaged. Do not sterilize. Close the package carefully after use. Do not use after the expiration date.
