The therapeutic effect of medical compression products depends largely on the correct selection of their products, so their proper fit is crucial. The measurement should be taken in the morning when the legs are less swollen than during the day. Step 1: measure the circumference of your leg at the points indicated in the table: cB – circumference of the leg at the narrowest point just above the ankle, cB1 – circumference of the calf in its lower part (halfway between the center of the calf and the ankle, i.e. points cB and cC), cC – circumference of the calf at its widest point, cD – circumference below the knee (two fingers below the patella), cG – thigh circumference (two fingers below the buttocks), cH – circumference at the widest point of the hips, cT – waist circumference. Step 2: measure your leg length (LK dimension) – the distance from the base of your foot to the crotch.Step 3: Remember to measure both legs on which you will be using the compression stocking, record the measurements for one and the other leg respectively.
