The measurement should be taken in the morning when the legs are less swollen than during the day. Step 1: Measure the circumference of your leg at the points indicated in the table. Step 2: Remember to measure both legs on which you will be using the compression stocking, and record the measurements for one and the other leg respectively. Step 3: Compare your measurements with the size chart below and choose the correct size. You should choose a size that matches most of the dimensions from the table marked during measurement.
