Mode of use Recommended doses: Adults and children starting with the age of 6 years, 1 capsule per day with food. Children from 3-5 years under parental supervision: pour the contents of 1 capsule 1x a day into food, yogurt, etc. and stir to dissolve the powder. Do not add to hot food or drink.
