Each capsule contains: Reishi mushroom – Ganoderma lucidum extract (20:1) ... 150 mg (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body equivalent to 3000 mg raw mushroom) Lions mane - Coral hedgehog (Herícius erinaceus, fruiting body) ... 75 mg Chaga Mushroom – Red Oblique (Inonotus obliquus, fruiting body) ... 60 mg Shitake Mushroom – Edible Lentinula (Lentinula edodes, fruiting body) ... 60 mg Garlic extract (10:1) (Allium sativum, onion) ... 50 mg Equivalent to 500 mg of garlic. Also contains: calcium phosphate, cellulose (carrier), soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate (coating agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent). Mode of use Recommended dose: Adults - 1 capsule per day after meals. Warning: Not suitable for pregnant, lactating women and children.
