Ituman Forte, 14 sachets, Althea Life Science Ituman Forte is a dietary supplement, with a patented formula, containing D-mannose, inulin, potassium and magnesium citrate, hesperidin and diosmin, which contributes to the improvement of urinary tract infections. Properties: D-mannose is a monosaccharide obtained from Birch bark. The presence of D-mannose has numerous advantages: - does not create addiction, - does not affect intestinal and vaginal bacterial flora, - does not weaken the body, - exerts its action exclusively at the bladder level, - can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium and potassium citrate can be used to maintain optimal urinary pH: 6 - 6.5.
