Eucalyptus essential oil and mint aroma provide a balsamic freshness. Indicated for children from the second year of life and for adults, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. How to use For correct use, remove the cap and, holding both the head and the bottle in an upright position, insert the nozzle into the nostril, without pushing it too far into the nasal cavity. Press the base of the nozzle with two fingers and inhale as the solution comes out. Repeat with the other nostril. Rinse the nozzle with water before replacing the cap. Spray 1-2 times per nostril, up to a maximum of 3 times a day. Let the solution act for a few seconds before blowing your nose. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
