iron retard 30 Description Food supplement that provides 4 types of iron with vitamin C, inulin and plant extracts. It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the consequent reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Ingredients In 1 capsule : bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; inulin 110 mg, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), micronized iron pyrophosphate (ferric pyrophosphate, rapeseed lecithins, sodium chloride, maltodextrin), iron bisglycinate; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; iron pidolate; glazing agents: shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone, acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; iron fumarate, rose hip ( Rosa canina L. ) fruit extract 20 mg standardized to 50% vitamin C, black pepper ( Piper nigrum L. ) fruit extract 1.6 mg standardized to 95% piperine. Total iron content 30 mg and total vitamin C content 100 mg. No artificial colors. Gluten and lactose free. How to use We recommend taking 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water or other liquid, preferably before the main meal. Treatment can be continued for up to two months after the hemoglobin level has returned to normal, to replenish iron stores. Warnings Avoid use in case of liver disease and hemochromatosis, repeated transfusions, hemolytic anemia, known hypersensitivity to iron, feverish states, viral infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, uterine hemorrhages. Do not consume coffee or tea within one hour of taking the product, as they reduce iron absorption. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
