The brush should be loosely inserted between the teeth so that only the bristles, and not the wire, are in contact with the teeth. Make sure to insert it parallel to the gum line. Guide the brush with back-and-forth movements without rotating it. Repeat these movements, also from the inside of the teeth. Thanks to the angled upper part of the handle, all interdental spaces can be easily reached, making the application particularly effective.
