Product characteristics Insectin works by contact on external parasites, eliminating fleas, ticks, lice, and tick mites. The permethrin contained in the preparation has a neurotoxic effect on parasites, causing their rapid immobilization and death. Additionally, the preparation exhibits repellent properties, preventing re-infestation. It is gentle in birds and causes no side effects, while dogs may experience short-term salivation, vomiting, or muscle tremors in cases of hypersensitivity. Product use The product is applied externally by sprinkling it over the animals entire body, parting the fur or feathers to allow the powder to reach the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. Leave the product on for several hours, then comb the coat. After each treatment, the animals bedding should be replaced, and the treatment should be repeated after two to three weeks. Dosage: small dog 5–10 g, medium dog 10–15 g, large dog 15–20 g, pigeon 1–2 g Shaking the container ten times will dispense approximately 2.5–3 g of product. Notes and precautions Do not use on puppies under 12 weeks of age, nursing female dogs, or pigeons under 1 month of age. Do not use on cats, as the product may cause severe poisoning and even death. Dogs and cats should be isolated from each other for 72 hours after application. Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to permethrin or its excipients. Treatment should be performed in a well-ventilated area, wearing gloves and a protective mask, and avoiding inhalation of dust. Wash hands after treatment. Do not allow children to come into contact with treated animals until the product has been removed from their bodies. Do not allow dogs to bathe in bodies of water for three weeks after application.
