Size: Choose the correct size for each nail, line them up with the sides facing the cuticles. Each nail is numbered on the back tab to facilitate matching. 2. Preparation: Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them well. Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back the cuticles. Wipe each natural nail with the included prep pad to remove any traces of oil and dirt. 3. Application: Peel off the adhesive backing from the back of the nail. Apply the nail by firm pressure, first in the center, then on the sides. Hold for 30 seconds for optimal adhesion. Wait at least an hour before wetting your hands or filing your nails if you wish.
