The convenient single-use vials are ideal for use on the go. CONTACT LENSES Wearing contact lenses puts mechanical stress on the eye, which can disrupt the tear film and cause unpleasant irritation. HYLO-VISION® Gel sine eye drops moisturize and protect the stressed surface of the eye, significantly improving the comfort of wearing contact lenses. They are suitable for use with both hard and soft contact lenses and can even be applied while wearing them. DISEASES & MEDICINES Conditions such as Sjögrens syndrome, diabetes, rheumatism, or various skin diseases can cause dry eyes (sicca syndrome). Furthermore, the use of certain medications (e.g., blood pressure medications, hormone preparations, antihistamines, sleeping pills, psychotropic drugs) can also impair tear film production or reduce the blink rate. Instructions for use: Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly before applying HYLO-VISION® Gel sine. Step 2: Detach 1 single-dose container from the bar. Ensure that each single-dose container is undamaged. Step 3: To open, twist off the flat end of the single-dose container (do not pull). Step 4: Now tilt your head back slightly (neck position) and gently pull down your lower eyelid with your free hand. Instill 1 to 2 drops of HYLO-VISION® Gel sine into the conjunctival sac of each eye. Be careful not to touch the single-dose container with your fingers. Close your eyes slowly so that HYLO-VISION® Gel sine can spread evenly across the surface of the eye. The single-dose container should be closed again after opening. Once opened, the eye drops can be used for 12 hours. Use with contact lenses: If you are using HYLO-VISION® Gel sine with contact lenses, apply 1 to 2 drops to each contact lens before insertion, instead of putting the drops directly into your eyes. HYLO-VISION® Gel sine can also be applied while wearing contact lenses. NOTE: A single single-dose container must not be used by multiple people.
