Aquacel STERILE DRESSING Directions: indicated for use on acute and chronic wounds with moderate to heavy exudate. Characteristics: sterile, white dressing made of pure sodium carboxymethylcellulose fibres (100%). It offers the unique gelling action of Hydrofiber Technology which absorbs and traps exudate and bacteria. Provides excellent absorption and retention for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. It conforms to the surface of the lesion forming an intimate contact. Helps reduce pain while the dressing is in place and upon removal. It supports the wound healing process by providing a moist environment for healing. It may help minimize the risk of cross-infection upon dressing removal.
