Open-weave, non-adherent, hydrophilic cotton gauze, uniformly impregnated with a polyethylene glycol-based cream containing hyaluronic acid and natural extracts (Centella Asiatica and Urtica Dioica). Fylladerm accelerates tissue regeneration processes because, thanks to its unique composition, it promotes the migration of cells responsible for the formation of new tissue. The basic principle is to create a barrier effect, which restores optimal conditions for the healing process. Fylladerm does not adhere to the skin lesion and allows free drainage, allowing exudate to pass to a secondary absorbent dressing. The dressing is well tolerated by the skin, conformable, adaptable, and easy to apply. Latex-free product. How to use Before application, cleanse the affected area. Remove the dressing from the packaging and gently apply a single layer directly to the wound surface. If necessary, cover with a secondary absorbent dressing and secure with a bandage or plaster. Before each use, it is recommended to clean the wound with saline solution. The frequency of dressing changes depends on the clinical condition of the skin lesion and varies from one to several applications per day, always ensuring that the dressing remains moist and soft. The physician is responsible for assessing the frequency of dressing changes and determining the number of applications. It is recommended not to leave the dressing in place for prolonged periods. If left in place for a prolonged period, it may adhere and damage the tissue when removed. In these cases, before removing it, place another greasy gauze over it to soak the underlying dressing. Components Open-weave cotton gauze. The warp (96 by 10 cm) and weft (94 by 10 cm) threads are carefully interwoven to minimize fraying when cutting the dressing to the desired shape. Warnings Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to the products components. Prolonged use may cause sensitization.
