ACTION AND DESCRIPTION It is indicated for cases of moderate to severe dry eye. It can be used by contact lens wearers (soft or hard). Contains sodium hyaluronate, a component naturally present in the eye, which helps protect the ocular surface in case of irritation. Thanks to the physical properties of sodium hyaluronate, it has a water-retaining capacity, which allows the formation of a lubricating film on the surface of the eye. It is hypotonic. It does not contain any preservatives. CE Marking. ON: 0459. Class IIb, sterile. COMPOSITION Sodium hyaluronate (0.18%), sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, purified water. CONTRAINDICATIONS Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the bottle. Upon first use, check for the presence of the safety seal and then remove it. Remove the protective cap without pressing the bottle. Using your index finger, gently pull your lower eyelid down while looking up; then turn the bottle upside down and press it (placing your fingers in the center) to apply the drops. Unless otherwise recommended, apply 1 to 2 drops as often as necessary. After application, blinking several times spontaneously will distribute the solution over the surface of the eye. Reseal the bottle with the protective cap after each use. Due to the nature of the device, the force required to squeeze the container may gradually increase with use. 1. Upon first use, check the presence of the security seal and then remove it. 2. Remove the protective cap. Do not press down on the bottle until you have turned it upside down. 3. Turn the device upside down over your eye. Hold the container between your index finger and thumb. 4. Using both fingers, increase the force by gently squeezing until a drop accumulates at the tip of the bottle and precipitates when it reaches a certain size. 5. Replace the dispenser cap after each use. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Practice using the device before first use. Do not press the device with the protective cap in place. To avoid any risk of loss of product effectiveness and microbial contamination: Activate the device by pressing on the middle of the bottle. Avoid contact of the bottle tip with fingers, eyes, or contact lenses. Avoid contamination of the device with dirt, dust or fluids, particularly at the tip and vent. The device must not be damaged or disassembled, e.g. by inserting objects into the bottle opening, mechanical impact or improper use. Do not damage or block the ventilation opening, e.g. by mechanical impact. Do not puncture, tamper with, or disassemble the device. Replace the protective cap over the nozzle after each use. Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use if the safety seal is missing or broken. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the bottle. If your doctor has prescribed other eye drops, maintain a minimum interval of 15 minutes between instillations (risk of altering the effect of the eye drops). If problems persist during use, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach and sight of children. ADVERSE REACTIONS In very rare cases, temporary problems may occur during instillation, such as: slight irritation of the conjunctiva, a foreign body sensation, redness, a burning or itching sensation, as well as momentary blurred vision. If you experience any persistent adverse reactions or reactions not described in this leaflet, stop using the product and consult your doctor.
