Ingredients: Extract 1:3.75 in hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water - 35/65 in mass ratio) from aerial parts of horsetail (Equisetum arvense). Administration method: Internal use: Children between 7 and 14 years: 10-30 drops of diluted tincture in 100 ml of water or tea (half a glass) 3 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals. Adults and young people over 15 years: one teaspoon of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 4 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals. External use: - to reduce the discomfort that occurs in the joints, ligaments and tendons, it is applied in the form of compresses with the tincture, which are kept on the affected area for 1-3 hours. Before administering the product, the local application of a cream with plant extract, clay or resin is recommended; - to maintain scalp health and combat hair loss, rub the scalp with the tincture 2-3 times a week. To increase efficiency, it can be combined with hot pepper tincture and birch tincture (add 2 tablespoons of birch tincture and 2 tablespoons of horsetail tincture to one tablespoon of hot pepper); - to reduce profuse sweating, local washes are made with the diluted solution, obtained by adding 1-2 teaspoons of tincture to 100 ml of water (half a glass).
