It is a natural antioxidant, so skin cells will be very well protected. Vitamin A is a crucial nutrient for maintaining and strengthening the epithelial functions of all tissues in the body, especially the skin. It promotes the creation of new epithelial cells, which are used to constantly repair skin damaged by external factors or by the body itself.
